Be a trader at Dundee Pride 2025
We are looking for catering providers and traders who are interested in having a stall or outlet at Dundee Pride’s Pride Market on Saturday 14th June 2025 in Pride Village in Slessor Gardens!
We are looking for a balance of charities and commercial businesses so get in touch by completing the form below, providing as much information as possible about your business or charity.
The final selection of Pride Market traders will be curated by a team of people drawn from Dundee Pride's Board of Trustees and event management company, Red Pepper Events. Completing this form does not constitute a contract, and due to the popularity of the event, we can't guarantee a place in our Pride Market. If your application is successful an ‘Offer to Trade Agreement’ will be sent to you.
Dundee Pride SCIO is a registered charity and by getting involved and bringing your stall to the festival you are directly contributing to making the event happen!
STALL FEES:
The fees below are payable to Dundee Pride SCIO to trade at Pride Market. For 2025, we are offering two tiers of rates - an early bird offer and standard rates:
EARLY BIRD RATES (available for bookings made up to and including 18th April 2025):
£75 for registered charities + £25 if you require a stall
£100 for community businesses (these are businesses or services offering information or support services who are not a registered charity. This option is NOT available to anyone selling items. + £25 if you require a stall
£160 for commercial businesses and traders (these are businesses that are selling products, merchandise, etc) + £25 if you require a stall
£250 for catering concessions
STANDARD RATES (available for bookings made from 19th April to 13th June 2025):
£100 for registered charities + £25 if you require a stall
£115 for community businesses (these are businesses or services offering information or support services who are not a registered charity. This option is NOT available to anyone selling items. + £25 if you require a stall
£175 for commercial businesses and traders (these are businesses that are selling products, merchandise, etc) + £25 if you require a stall
£300 for catering concessions
The £25 stall charge covers the cost of our hiring a stall on your behalf. The stall fee directly helps to pay for staging Dundee Pride 2025 - all income covers charitable costs and we make no profit from these fees. If you do not hire a stall you will be required to liaise with Dundee Pride’s event management company, Red Pepper Events, to ensure your stall meets the necessary safety standards.
IF YOU ARE OFFERED A STALL, YOU WILL HAVE 7 DAYS TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT TO DUNDEE PRIDE OTHERWISE THE OFFER WILL BE WITHDRAWN AND OFFERED TO ANOTHER TRADER. NO TRADER WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE UNLESS PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
